It started with a question that should have been easy to answer.
I had years of lab results, imaging, visits and wearable data. Most of it was digital. Much of it was technically within reach.
There was no place that held the whole story.
As I rebuilt my own history, I found something more important than any single number: a plan made with a physician that had quietly gone unfinished. Nothing dramatic had gone wrong. The system had no memory of the whole.
